Content & Community Coordinator

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Content & Community Coordinator to join NOTION MGMT, creating and editing social-first content across artist campaigns, fan communities and our own digital channels.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who gets the internet - TikTok and Instagram culture, creators, fan communities, memes, edits, emerging formats and the conversations shaping music online.

You’ll work across our Campaign and Social teams, turning raw assets, live moments and creative ideas into content that feels native to the communities it reaches.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing and clipping short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Turning artist, live and campaign assets into engaging social content
• Supporting our Campaign team with content creation and creative execution
• Creating content for fan, community and NOTION-owned social pages
• Spotting strong moments, hooks and narratives within raw footage
• Creating edits, memes, carousels and other social-native formats
• Keeping across emerging creators, communities, trends and internet culture
• Experimenting with AI-powered creative tools and new content formats

Who We're Looking For

You don’t need years of agency experience. We’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts, editing ability and a genuine understanding of what makes content work online.

You should be confident using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar, with experience using emerging AI creative tools such as Higgsfield highly desirable.

Most importantly, you should understand social media culture, music, creators and online communities and be naturally curious about what’s happening next.
