Social Media Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in North London, working across an exciting roster of artists, labels and music communities.

You’ll take ownership of social media accounts, developing strategy, creating platform-native content and working directly with artists, managers and label teams to grow their presence across TikTok and Instagram.

This is a hands-on role combining social strategy, content creation, cultural awareness and client management - ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and has a genuine interest in dance and electronic music culture.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of social strategy and day-to-day management across client accounts
• Developing creative, platform-native ideas for TikTok and Instagram
• Creating and editing short-form video content
• Writing captions and social copy
• Leading client calls and managing content approvals
• Spotting emerging trends, formats, sounds and cultural moments
• Reviewing performance and using insights to continuously improve content
• Producing monthly performance reports and recommendations

What you'll be doing

Someone with 2+ years' social media experience who is confident creating short-form content, understands TikTok and Instagram inside out, and can communicate professionally with clients. You'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts - with a genuine interest in dance and electronic music.
